AddPro acquires IT Advisor and strengthens its Cybersecurity offering
AddPro and IT Advisor both have a long and successful history in the Swedish IT market and now they are joining forces to create Sweden's leading business partner for Swedish companies and organizations in secure and efficient IT. Together, the business is expected to turn over SEK 1 billion in 2021 with good profitability and employ over 400 people.
Both AddPro and IT Advisor are in an expansive phase, and with a combined offering, larger geographic market and large customer base, AddPro/IT Advisor will develop even stronger together for the benefit of both customers and employees.
"AddPro has, with the new main owner in Axcel, actively conducted intensive analysis work and evaluated various options and opportunities to continue the business' successful journey by strengthening our competence and concepts in strategic areas", says Nicklas Persson, CEO and co-founder of AddPro. "In this process, IT Advisor has always stood out as a very exciting player with good knowledge and understanding of the market and its customers and enriches the new constellation with new expertise, new services and functional deliverables within Cybersecurity and Management Consulting. These are things that our employees and our customers value highly and it will be really exciting to continue developing the business together with IT Advisor on the Swedish market with this dream team" continues Nicklas Persson.
"It's been a long time since IT security was just a matter for the IT organisation. Management, board, shareholders as well as regulators have an overall responsibility as the area includes risks beyond the financial ones. To meet today's and tomorrow's threats, our clients want help in developing strategies combined with technical measures to address these threats. With IT Advisor's expertise in this area, AddPro becomes an even more relevant business partner to our clients and an effective catalyst in their business development" continues Nicklas Persson
"We are very pleased and proud of our partnership with AddPro. We share the same values and complement each other's skills and services very well. With AddPro, we can accelerate our business plan and deliver a complete cybersecurity offering from strategic consulting to 24×7 operations and monitoring. We are really looking forward to an exciting and successful journey together with AddPro and our customers!", says Rickard Sandström and Ren Watanabe, founders of IT Advisor.
Together they have developed an aggressive growth plan for the Swedish market.
