Both AddPro and Svensk IT Funktion (ITF) have an extensive and very successful history in the Swedish IT market. So far, the business operations of the two companies have been focused on different geographic markets in Sweden, but now they join forces to create one of Sweden’s leading cloud and application integrators, with a strong presence in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö/Southern Sweden. When combined, the business operations are expected to collectively have sales in the range of SEK 900 for 2018 and employ over 300 people!
AddPro and ITF are both in a very expansive phase, and with a combined offering to its present and prospective customers, a larger geographic reach and a large existing large customer base, the assessment is that together AddPro/ITF can be developed and grow even stronger, for the benefit of both customers and personnel.
“AddPro is growing organically by approximately 25%, and over the past eight months we have been engaged in intensively analysing where we can continue our successful journey by adding new markets and concepts”, notes Nicklas Persson, CEO and co-founder of AddPro. “Throughout this process, ITF has emerged as a very agile player with excellent knowledge and understanding of the market and its customers, and enriches the new constellation with both a more extensive geographical coverage as well as new services and deliveries of new functions. These are things on which we, our employees and our customers place a high value, and it will undoubtedly be really exciting to continue developing our business operations together with ITF in the Swedish market! Together, we form a real dream team,” continues Nicklas Persson.
“We are very impressed by ITF’s strong development and the leading position they have established within certain focused areas of expertise that, together with AddPro’s service offering, will be completely unique in the Swedish market. We see a ’perfect match’ between AddPro and ITF, from the perspective of the personnel, the customers and the market. ITF has an exceptionally skilled management team and highly skilled employees, as does AddPro, and therefore this will be dynamite for the market and for what we can offer our common customers going forward,” remarks Nicklas Persson.
“AddPro has a very strong and comprehensive service concept and offering, that we now want to accelerate and offer to more customers in the market, as we know that this type of concept strengthens our customers’ competitiveness and the possibilities to realise strategies in order to be able to achieve their goals,” observes Nicklas Henriksson, CEO and one of the co-founders of ITF. ”Together with AddPro, we will be able to significantly increase the pace of our development and offer our customers a larger service portfolio in support of their operations and further development,” continues Nicklas Henriksson.
Since 30 June 2017, Adelis Equity Partners has been the controlling shareholder in AddPro with just over half of the shares, and after the merger, Theywill have the same ownership position in the new Group. The founders and management of both AddPro and ITF will continue to own large parts of the company. A development plan for the Swedish market has been jointly established.
